Acceptance of Terms
You accept and agree to the terms and provision of DigerTech
Inc Agreement if you access or use the DigerTech Inc Service.
Service
DigerTech Inc provides service to register your transaction
and computer id, and abtain your license(s). You understand
and agree that the DigerTech Inc Services is provided "AS-IS".
Email Account, password and security
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account
you use to access the Services. You are be aware of any unauthorized
use of your password or account or any other breach of security,
and you agree to notify DigerTech Inc immediately.
Privacy Policy
For information about DigerTech Inc data protection practices,
please read our privacy
policy which explains how DigerTech Inc treats
your personal information, and protects your privacy, when
you use our Services.
Agreement
When you use the DigerTech Inc Service, you agree to :
- You are solely responsible for (and that DigerTech Inc
has no responsibility to you) any content that you create
or display while using the DigerTech Inc Services and for
the consequences of your actions by doing so.
- DigerTech Inc reserves the right to review, modify, refuse
or remove any or all Content from any Service.
Changes to Services
DigerTech Inc reserves the right from time to time to change
the DigerTech Inc Agreement with or without notice. You understand
and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which
the Agreement have changed, DigerTech Inc will treat your
use as acceptance of the updated Agreement.
